I ordered from this company on January 25 and noticed I haven’t received a notification through email or the shop app that my order had shipped. I paid for standard shipping which says “3-8 business days”. I emailed the company on Friday, February 3 to ask where my order was. I included my order number in the email and got a prompt response asking my email, name and mailing address… like seriously, just use the order number and the email address the email is coming from. Regardless, I sent the info right away. A couple days later, I still had no reply to my email with the requested info so I sent another explaining that I am leaving on vacation and need this product to tone my hair. I receive an email the next day saying that they are out of stock of the item I ordered (even though it’s still available for purchase on their website) and they are refunding me.
Unfortunately this puts me a bad position; I don’t have what I need so I am requesting they rush ship me a different color. I have no problem paying the original price but I feel they should cover the rush shipping for the inconvenience.
Why does it take 9 days to figure out you are letting people order a product you don’t have in stock?
Also the item was on sale when I purchased and now it’s back to the regular price. Why would I be expected to pay full price for their error?
So far this company fails at customer service. I will update my review if they are able to make it right.

Listen up....this is the real deal. It took me a couple times of looking at it in the store but finally bought it. I was amazed by the difference. It WORKS! My hair looked ?..much better. I've spent much more on product but this one is way worth the cost. I'm just a woman who grabbed this up at Wal-Mart...try it.

Ordered from this company- qualified for free delivery however no items received! Emailed and sent messages on Instagram with no response. Just completely ignoring my messages! I ordered direct however will never order again!

Absolutely awful! Used this on my balayage hair which it said in the instructions it is suitable for and my dark blonde bits are now green and it won’t shift. I contacted customer services which have been no help at all and are now ignoring me and said that this is only for brunette hair which contradicts the colour guide and the top tips section in the enclosed leaflet. (I note they have now updated the description on the website to say it’s only suitable for brunette hair since I complained) Absolutely disgraceful product and customer services. I would avoid at all costs to avoid an absolute hair disaster. Just what I want before Christmas… at least it’s a festive colour hey?! Jokes… save your money and don’t bother. And from other peoples reviews I’m not the only one who has fallen victim to this misinformation.

I placed an order on 29th November paid delivery. I have not received order. Contacted them 3 times over 3 days NO RESPONSE. I'll never order from this company again shocking service when things go wrong. My order has not moved in 3 days according to tracking details. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with PayPal. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER ?

I stripped my hair colour as didn't like it always used demi but went for permanent. Waited 48 hours ordered shrine ash blonde toner followed instructions and wow my hair is fantastic in colour and healthy I had spent so much previously on hairdressers that messed up to the point of having long hair down back to skinhead nearly grown hair over a year and have a phobia now of hairdressers all I will say is thus shrine toner is amazing got the colour and tone I want it's a semi so not as damaging I highly recommend this product and will be using for the foreseeable future

Very pleased with shrine. I used the Ash blonde toner drops and did work well, though i had to use 10 drops to get my desired look. Looking forward to trying the white blonde. Can you recommend which one would be best to kill yellow tones please?

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU REGULARLY BLEACH YOUR HAIR!!!!!
This product has absolutely ruined my hair, it markets itself on being temporary however they use the most stubborn pink pigment that has clung to my hair after multiple bleaches, toners, permanent colour it protrudes through them all! My hair is damaged! My hair is discoloured! I maintained a gorgeous blonde colour for two years plus! Along comes this product and my hair is permanently RUINED!! I plan to take this further by any means necessary! My weave is completely f***** and it cost so much money!

Unfortunately my hair became dry and brittle after using shrine falling out and breaking like mad .Followed instructions so don't know what went wrong but my hair never been so bad even after colouring with shop bought brands.

I liked the idea of this product but I wouldn't recommend if you have a few different tones in your hair. I have old balyage in my hair which has mostly grown out but still a few blonder bits at the front along with micro ring hair extensions due to a bad experience with a salon cutting too much thickness out. The drops took well to my hair but made the lighter parts go green/grey. The micro ring extensions haven't taken to the drops as it's someone else's hair and doesn't take for whatever reason. It's shame as it seems like a good product but sadly hasn't worked for me. If you have natural undyed brown hair then this product would work well for you. Giving my honest opinion.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lost my order then took 2 weeks to get a confirmation of a refund. Ordered 3 weeks ago still no product nor any refund. No point contacting customer service as they don’t reply.

Ordered some colours but changed my mind when I saw they might stain. Asked for some different colours, sent back by recorded post to which I can see it was received on the 17th October.

Tried emailing and Facebook several time no reply. Don’t buy anything unless you’re willing to take the chance the product is ok.

Not happy.. my item arrived and despite ordering the toner drops and conditioner mix, I am missing the conditioner.. I’ve emailed, instagrammed and facebooked the company and not receiving any response despite them being actively online.. never ordering from here again. £20 for half my products, not happy!!

The Ash Blonde drops are AMAZING. First time with Shrine and definitely not looking back. Used a clarifying shampoo before the first use as advised to make sure there were no residual products. Just 6 drops in my usual conditioner and boom - not a hint of brassiness. DEFINITELY a keeper - very happy.

My order came fast even though I live in Canada. Product was SO easy to use and left my hair super soft. The color was fool proof I got the most beautiful shade of light brown/dark blonde. It blended like a dream with my highlights underneath- made it look like my hair had dimension. Perfect Hailey Bieber color. Faxed to a really nice color too. Will continue to use!
